SHOP

It’s simple! Go to SHOP and browse through the products. You may also use the filters to sort through brands, categories, and prices. Once you’ve selected a product, click the ADD TO CART button and it will automatically go to your cart. Once you are done shopping, simply go to the cart located on the upper right, and click CHECK OUT. You will then be guided through the payment details.

Preordered items usually take 2-3 days to process after payment. We will also update you via email once your order is ready for delivery. You may check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Yes, you may. However, we will only send your full order once preorder items are ready to be delivered. If you wish to have the on hand items sent ahead, you may order them separately.

PAYMENT

Currently, we accept payment via bank transfer (BDO and BPI), GCash, Paymaya, and PayPal (an additional 3%).

Yes, we still require payment to process your order.

DELIVERY

You may log in to your account to check the status of your package. Once the package is being delivered, you will also receive a tracking number from our third-party courier: Ninjavan or Gogo Xpress.

Same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila or nearby areas. Shipping fee will depend on your location. Once your order is sent, we will message you separately regarding your same-day delivery fee.

Shipping fee for regular shipping within Metro Manila starts at P80 depending on your order’s weight. Item dispatch usually takes 1-3 days upon payment.

For Greater Manila and the provinces, the shipping fee is Php 120-250. Item dispatch usually takes 2-7 days upon payment.

We also offer FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY for orders within Metro Manila with a minimum spend of Php 5,000.

RETURN & CANCELLATION

We place a high value on your satisfaction. However, if you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return the item and receive a refund if the product falls under any of following conditions:

a.) the wrong product was delivered;
b.) the product was damaged upon arrival; or
c.) the product was expired

You may email us at hello@shop-lataza.co and we will respond to you as soon as we can. Once the request for return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 working days.

PRODUCTS

Torani Sauce – Consume the bottle within 4 weeks (the maximum shelf-life). Store the sauce between 1-29 degrees CELSIUS without direct sunlight or nearby heat sources (i.e. espresso machines). Keep the sauce in its original packaging, no rebottling.
